The staff is accommodating. The rooms are immaculate and impressive. The hotel has a great location near dining options, coffee shops, and rental services for activities in the area.

The position of the hotel was marvellous, up to the lake. What's more, it was just next door to local restaurants, great bars and restaurants, and the Eagle River, the Mud River, and the Wisconsin River.

Everything was great, amicable staff, great views of the lake and the grounds. My room included central heating, television and a microwave oven. Really enjoyed a bath in my own bathroom.

Definitely planning on coming back here, loved where it's at! They've got cereal and yummy waffles 🥞 for breakfast which was a hit with us.

The rooms here are spacious and modern with extremely cozy beds.

We loved the location on the piers, right by the river. It was perfect for enjoying the scenic views and being close to outlying areas. The hotel facilities were clean and updated, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, including breakfast sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The room had a lake view and a patio. The pool and hot tub were clean and had comfortable temperatures. The staff were friendly. The bed was firm. There was construction and debris. The doors were designed to prevent slamming. There was a funky smell and the hotel could use updating. A 2nd floor walkout was requested but not received. It is a convenient location near downtown. The room had a rustic cabin feel. It had a comfortable king-sized bed, a microwave, fridge, and a table with chairs. There was a walkout patio with a great lake view. The indoor pool was warm and the hot tub was enjoyable. The room had a bunk bed option for kids.

The bed was super comfy 🛏️, the room was nice and spacious, and it had a great view of the lake. the location was awesome, so close to local grocery stores and right by the water.

The hotel was not far from the lake and grounds. the restaurant at the Eagle River Inn in the past. - Great bars and restaurants in Eagle River and St Germain. - Thoroughly enjoyed this venue and would love to come back.
